1. Product Returns and Refunds

1.1 Non-Returnable Products: Once the packaging of any product has been opened, it cannot be returned due to change of mind or dissatisfaction. Returns are only accepted for faulty products, subject to verification by our tech team.

1.2 Faulty Products: Products found to be faulty upon delivery or within the warranty period may be returned. Our tech team will diagnose the issue. If confirmed as a factory fault, we will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or refund the product.

1.3 Courier Charges: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. These will only be refunded if the product is confirmed to be faulty due to a manufacturer defect.

1.4 Return Approval: All returns must receive prior approval from Tech Department. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

1.5 Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

1.6 Non-Refundable Circumstances: Products cannot be returned or refunded if:
a) They are not faulty
b) The fault is not replicated or confirmed by our tech team
c) The damage is due to misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear

1.7 Return Condition: Returned products must be in their original packaging, in resellable condition, and include all accessories. Tech Department reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

2. Shipping and Delivery

2.1 Shipping Location: All online purchases are shipped from Tech Department's headquarters in Knysna, South Africa. For collection or shipping from other retail outlets, please inquire before purchase.

2.2 Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Title and risk pass to the customer once the order leaves our premises.

2.3 Payment Clearance: Orders will only be shipped after payment has cleared and is visible in our bank account. This may take up to 2-3 business days for bank transfers.

2.4 Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned as undeliverable, we will attempt to contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

2.5 Order Processing: Orders placed before 14:00 on business days will be processed the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
